Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2026-09-06
Joyelf.org is a simple, static website that provides information and recommendations related to Joyelf products. This policy explains what we do — and, just as importantly, what we don't do — when it comes to your personal information.
1. Information We Collect
We don't collect personal information through this site. Joyelf.org doesn't use forms that store data, doesn't run visitor accounts, and doesn't include analytics tracking by default. There's no database logging your visits, your browsing behavior, or anything you type anywhere on the site. If that changes in the future, we'll update this policy to reflect it before making the change.
2. Cookies
Joyelf.org itself does not set cookies to track you. However, when you click a link that takes you to a third-party retailer's website, that site may set its own cookies according to its own practices. Those cookies are outside our control and are governed by the retailer's own cookie and privacy policies, not ours.
3. Third-Party Links
This site exists to point you toward Joyelf products sold by third-party retailers. When you click through to one of those retail sites, you leave Joyelf.org and become subject to that retailer's privacy policy, terms of service, and data practices. We have no visibility into what happens on those sites once you land there, and we're not responsible for their content or their handling of your information. If you have questions about how a retailer handles your data, check their privacy policy directly.
4. Contact Form
If we provide a contact form on this site, it is intended only as a way for you to reach us directly, for example through email delivery. Submitting the form does not create a stored record in a database on our end. We don't keep an ongoing archive of form submissions for marketing or tracking purposes. If you'd rather not use a form at all, you're welcome to reach out through the contact page instead, as noted below.
5. Children's Privacy
Joyelf.org is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone in that age group. Since the site doesn't collect personal data from any visitor in the first place, this is largely a formality, but we want to be clear about it. If you believe a child has provided us information in some way we haven't anticipated, contact us and we'll address it promptly.
6. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)
If you're a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) gives you certain rights regarding personal information collected by businesses, including the right to know what's collected, the right to request deletion, and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information. Because Joyelf.org does not collect or sell personal information, these rights are not currently applicable in a meaningful way here. If our practices change, we will update this section with specific instructions for exercising your rights.
7. European Visitors (GDPR)
Visitors from the European Union are covered by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which grants rights such as access to, correction of, and deletion of personal data held by a website. As with the CCPA section above, Joyelf.org does not currently collect or process personal data from EU visitors in a way that would trigger these obligations. Should that change, we will revise this policy to explain how EU visitors can exercise their rights under GDPR.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally to reflect changes in the site, in the law, or in how we operate. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date at the top. We encourage you to check back periodically if you have concerns about privacy, though given the static nature of this site, changes should be infrequent.
9. Contact Us
If you have questions about this Privacy Policy or how Joyelf.org operates, you can reach us through our contact page. We'll do our best to respond to any reasonable inquiry.
